Arrive with clean skin, free of makeup and skincare products on the treatment area. Avoid sun exposure and tanning for at least 2 weeks before laser or peel treatments. We'll provide specific preparation instructions during your consultation.
Yes, there is on-street parking along High Road, Woodford Green, as well as nearby pay-and-display car parks. We are also accessible by public transport — the nearest station is Woodford (Central line).
Yes! Gift vouchers are available for any value or specific treatment. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please contact us or visit the clinic to purchase.
We accept cash, all major debit and credit cards, and bank transfers. Payment is due at the time of service.
Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately.
Some treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please inform us at the time of booking and we will advise on safe alternatives. Consultations are always available to discuss your options.
